³ Jesus knew that the father had given everything into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going to God. ⁴ So he got up from the supper-table, took off his clothes, and wrapped himself in a towel. ⁵ Then he poured water into a bowl, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel he was wrapped in.
